Common questions

What can community access support help me do?

It can help you get to activities, join groups, see friends and feel part of where you live. For some people that means help with transport and planning, for others it is a familiar person alongside them while they build confidence.

What if I feel nervous about new places?

That is completely normal, and it is exactly what we plan around. We start where you feel comfortable and build from small, regular outings, so what felt daunting slowly becomes ordinary.

Do I choose the activities?

Yes. Choice and control sit at the centre of how we work. We talk about what you would like to work towards and shape the support around your interests, not a set program.

Ready to get out and connect?

Tell us what you would like to work towards and we will help you take the first step.
